Four Weeks Old

Joey was 4 weeks old yesterday and he's still hangin' out. His feedings are up to 20mL/hour which was originally considered full feeding for him, but he's getting bigger, so they're going to re-figure and probably up him some more today. The doctor is considering taking down his vent settings some more to see how he handles it (if he does well, the next step would be to try to extubate - take the tube out). Joey is getting a muscle biopsy on Monday (hopefully) to determine why he isn't moving much. All of the blood tests that we have back are fine. That's all we know.
